Fraud and security

RBC BlueBay has been made aware of instances of attempted fraud by third parties claiming to act on behalf of RBC BlueBay Asset Management – these communications may be in the form of letter, email, telephone calls or via social media. Be warned that these fake communications may on their face appear genuine. If you receive any suspicious communication of this type, we recommend you do not respond, and in particular do not make any payments or provide any personal information.

 

Debt collection and claims recovery

Fraudsters may offer claims settlement or debt collection services, requesting upfront payment. RBC BlueBay Asset Management does not offer such services, and any such communication will not have come from RBC BlueBay.
